The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi , and MP Elda Hoti appeared this Tuesday at the Special Court.
Bardhi has been called as a witness in the case of the mayor of Tropoja, Rexhë Byberi. As he enters the GJKKO, Bardhi tells reporters: " Calm down, we are witnesses ."
Previously, the mayor of Tropoja, Rexhë Byberi, and the deputy mayor, Abedin Kërnaja, did not request a summary trial in the preliminary hearing at the GJKKO.
Both are accused of abuse of office.
