Today, the Special Court will again review Belinda Balluku's request, which seeks the lifting of the suspension measure from office, a measure that has no effect according to the defense, since Balluku is no longer Deputy Prime Minister or Minister.

This request will be reviewed at 9:30, while earlier, the Special Appeals Judge, Miliana Muça, reviewed the request for the lifting of the suspension measure and left it in force.

On the other hand, on April 9th, another judicial panel will hear from lawyers at the Supreme Court who are also insisting on lifting the security measure banning MP Balluku from leaving the country.
