The Special Court has released former MP Alqi Bllako from prison. The decision was given by judge Irena Plaku.
Today, Alqi Bllakos was assigned the security measure of "house arrest" by the court. Sources indicate that the former MP was released for family reasons.
The former deputy of the Socialist Party has asked to be released from prison several times. Blako previously filed a request for a change in the measure of imprisonment in the Special Court of Appeal.
Blako claimed that there is no reasonable suspicion that he has committed criminal offenses and there are no legal conditions for the measure of "arrest in prison".
