As 2 months have passed since the mysterious disappearance of Ervis Martinaj, referred to by the media as the "King of Gambling", the Tirana court has followed a judicial process, where Martinaj in this case turns out to be injured. Three people, including a woman, have been sentenced by the capital's court to two years in prison each, after being accused by the prosecution of the criminal offense of "Providing the conditions to commit the murder" of businessman Ervis Martinaj.

The decision of the Tirana court comes at a time when nothing is known about the fate of the businessman, Ervis Martinaj, whether he is alive or dead. Since August 9, Martinaj has been reported missing to the Laçi police, and since that day, many confusing versions have been published in the media.

It is already a fact and proven by a court decision that during the period when Martinaj, from the "Duka" clan in Kosovo and Turkey, had to be killed, a police officer participated in the collection of information. 

The former police officer in Durrës, Ardian Ahmeti, who was the head of IT in this department, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 2 years in prison. The same sentence was given to Davison Serjani, who turns out to be the ex-fiancé of Nensin Shaqiri, Ora writes .

The latter, a travel agency worker in the "Myslym Shyr" area, provided information on Ervis Martinaj's travels from Albania to Kosovo and from Kosovo to Turkey.

This information was then passed on to Leonard Duke, or as he is called otherwise, "Prince Damian", who allegedly planned the murder of his former friend in Turkey and Kosovo.

In both of these countries, it was not possible to hit Martinaj, due to the lack of coordination in time. For collecting information on Martinaj's movement, Nancy Shaqiri was sentenced by the Tirana court to two years in prison. But because Shaqiri has a small child in custody, the court ordered the conversion of the prison term to probation with a term of 2 years.

The three convicted persons were accused by the prosecutor Dritan Nushi, of "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder" carried out in the form of cooperation.

Regarding the information about the movements of Ervis Martinaj, Nancy Shaqiri, spoke during the investigation phase of the file, stating that she received this information from the agency where she worked on "Myslym Shyri" street, after Martinaj cut a travel ticket.

According to her, she gave this information to her brothers, Erlis and Leonard Duka and Fatmir Hysen, through her fiancé Davison Serjani and Daut Elmazi, against a significant payment. It is suspected that a financial sum of 30,000 euros was paid for this information.

These actions have been confirmed by the statements of citizen Deivisjon Serjani, her ex-fiancé and police officer Ardjan Ahmeti, who have already been convicted.
