The Special Court rejected the request of Nikolin Topalli, who asked to be released from the isolation of "41 Bis".

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of judge Erjon Çela, decided to reject the request by Nikolin Topalli.

We remind you that Nikolin Topalli has been placed in the isolation of "41 Bis" by order of the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja.

Topalli is serving a life sentence after he killed Česk Ndreka and wounded the victim's brother in 2001 for property reasons. Topalli is accused of the criminal offense "Deliberate murder under qualifying circumstances; Possession of weapons without a permit".

Česk Ndreka was killed at the age of 33 and Gjok Ndoc Ndreka, 37 years old, resident of Gramsh, was injured. At that time Nikolin Topalli was only 36 years old.
