Alda Nikolli, one of the sisters who were attacked in the apartment where they lived for rent in Elbasan, has spoken about the reasons that led to the serious incident, after a report that she started two months ago with Nuredin Duman.

Speaking for TCH, Nikolli said that he had a romance with Duman for two months and that they had constant communication through Skype, while he is in prison.

She claims that after they broke up, he threatened her, and that she suspects that he placed the tritol in her apartment. She also says that Duman has confessed to many of the crimes he has committed, and that according to her, he imposes fines even from prison.

What is even more alarming in Alda Nikolli's statement is the fact that, according to her, Nuredin Dumani makes the law inside the prison, and that he enters to rape other convicts in the cell, under the protection of the police.

According to Alda Nikolli, she gave these testimonies to the police of Elbasan, but also to the Special Prosecutor's Office, but they were not taken into account.

Part of the interview where he tells what Nuredin Dumani told him:

Alda Nikolli:  It had been two years since she (the prosecutor) stopped the oysters. This is how Nuredin Dumani lives, imposing fines on people, because he doesn't have any money.

What do you know about this penalty? Does he continue to do it even in prison?

Alda Nikolli:  Definitely yes. A few days ago Amarildo fined Nikolli 400,000 euros. It has forced him to accept things that he did not do.

In what forms?

Alda Nikolli:  Under pressure. "Dak" would have been good too, he is Leonard Luzi, but unfortunately he was caught yesterday and couldn't get it. There was a computer.

But what to tell from his activity?

Alda Nikolli:  He told me about the murders he had committed with the greatest cold-bloodedness, he told me about the girl he had raped and who had thrown herself in front of the car and died, and many other things. Meanwhile, I didn't know that Nuredin Dumani had also had Mirjeta out. She has a boyfriend, she is the girl who was caught on the day of the denunciation, Mirjeta Avdiu. Mirjeta took the courage to even threaten us. He told me that you had spoken to him.

I have spoken, I told him, I confirmed it with a voice. After 5 minutes, he called Nuredin Dumani on the phone and threatened me. Nuredin Dumani, even after finding out about Mirjeta, we still continued to talk. But the moment he found out that I had gone to SPAK and declared that I had delivered the papers to him... he holds a pad. Nuredin Dumani cut off contact with me from the moment he threatened me. They have blocked all the addresses. To keep calm. He wanted to leave me alone for a couple of days and then act. He threatened me with Amarildo and beat me twice in a week. There, he makes the law, he enters the room with all the police. Just look at the threats, what happened a few days ago (the explosion with tritol), this is Nuerdin Dumani, who deals with women, but has closed accounts with men.

For all the knowledge you have about the illegal actions that Nuredin Dumani does in the prison premises, but also the direct threats you have received on your life, did you go to justice or the police?

Alda Nikolli : Definitely yes. I would never come here before I went stateside. I went to SPAK, I went to Elbasan Police. No one takes the trouble, or rather there is no chance to file a complaint against Nuredin Duman. They love him more than the people and protect him with all the strength of their soul. I feel threatened. In SPAK, they told me that he did not want to kill you, but to scare you. I don't know, maybe this time he will make it.

We recall that a few days ago in the apartment of the sisters Xhovana and Alda Nikolli, which they had rented in Elbasan, a large amount of tritol exploded, which consequently injured one of their neighbors.

It seems that due to the special status of the penitent of justice, Nuredin Dumani has benefited from comfortable conditions in prison 313 in Tirana.

He has the luxury of having all the technological devices in his cell, in order to create romances as well.

One of his victims is Alda Nikolli, who turns out to be the sister-in-law of Amarildo Xhenaj alias Nikolli, from Shkodran arrested by the Vlora police for the failed assassination attempt on Inez Hajrulla in Vlora.

Alda Nikolli was systematically harassed by Nuredin Dumani, and then when he failed to create a stable sentimental relationship, he started with threats, threats and even raping Amarildo Xhenaj alias Nikolli in prison.
