The Supreme Court announces the vacancy for the position of President of the Constitutional Court Vitore Tusha

The Supreme Court announces the announcement of a vacancy for a member seat in the Constitutional Court, in the conditions when the term of office of President Vitore Tusha ends. The vacancy was announced on four previous dates, but there were not enough candidates in the KED.

Referring to the document, it is reported that on October 19, 2022, the Judicial Appointments Council informed the Supreme Court that there are currently two candidates competing to fill the vacancy in the Constitutional Court. The deadline for receiving requests from candidates is 30 days from the day of publication of this announcement, today, October 28, 2022.

All interested candidates must submit the necessary documentation to meet the conditions, as follows:
