Apartments, villas and land, 3 million euros of assets of 31-year-old Emiliano

The police seized property worth 3 million euros, owned by citizen Emiliano Shega, 31 years old, resident in Peqin.

He was arrested in Amsterdam, Holland, for drug trafficking, as well as convicted in Albania, for illegal possession of military weapons and forgery of documents.

The seized assets are a piece of land (pasture) with an area of ​​45,000 m2, in the village of Gjilek, Himare; 1 apartment with an area of ​​130 m2, in Tirana; 2 garages with an area of ​​230 m2, in Tirana; 1 two-story villa with an area of ​​500 m2, in Peqin; 1 apartment with an area of ​​111 m2, in Kryevidh, Kavajë.

Police notification:

Assets worth 3 million euros, owned by a citizen with criminal records in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Albania, are confiscated.

The coded police operation "Facade 3" is finalized.

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of DVP Elbasan, in cooperation with the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency, in implementation of the decision of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, within the police operation coded "Fasada 3", have confiscated assets worth about 3 million euros, which are suspected to have their source from the criminal activity of the citizen E. Sh., 31 years old, resident of Peqin.

Citizen E. Sh. was convicted in the United Kingdom, for trafficking in hard narcotics and possession of offensive weapons, was arrested in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for trafficking in narcotics, and was convicted in Albania, for illegal possession of combat weapons and forgery of documents.

Specifically, in accordance with the Court's decision, it became possible to confiscate the assets as follows:

Part of land (pasture) with an area of ​​45,000 m2, in the village of Gjilek, Himare;
1 apartment with an area of ​​130 m2, in Tirana;
2 garages with an area of ​​230 m2, in Tirana;
1 two-story villa with an area of ​​500 m2, in Peqin;
1 apartment with an area of ​​111 m2, in Kryevidh, Kavajë.

During this week, as part of the "Facade 2" operation, assets worth 400,000 euros were seized, owned by a 34-year-old man sentenced to 13 years in prison in Norway, as a member of a criminal group for drug trafficking.
