The Court of Appeal jails the two teenagers who killed 20-year-old Stivë

The Tirana Court of Appeal has decided to release Axel Hoxha, the man who killed 20-year-old Stiven Toshkëzi with a knife, near the "Halili" complex in Tirana.

The decision to keep Axel alias Aksel Hoxha in prison was made a few days ago. The Tirana Court of Appeal has decided the same security measure for his accomplice, Ensi Maze.

The incident took place on April 18, near "Skënder Sallaku" street, where Aksel Hoxha, in cooperation with the citizen Ensi Maze, 18 years old (arrested a few hours after the event), hit Stivë Toshkëzi, 20 years old, with a cutting tool, who as a result passed away.

Two young people, Ensi Maze and Axel Hoxhaj, ambushed 20-year-old Stivën Toskëzi when he was returning from work, and the argument escalated into the use of a knife.

Ensi Maze, who was arrested by the police a few hours after the incident, has declared before the judicial police officers that he has no direct relationship with the victim, but was made aware of the conflict by his friend, Axel Hoxha.

After meeting his friend Axel, he told him that some time ago he had a conflict with the victim and claimed that the latter had beaten him.

Maze further stated that the reason for their conflict was a girl whom Axel Hoxha liked who was in the same class, but she was in a relationship with the victim.
