The Special Court rejected the request of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha to participate in the parliamentary sessions.

After the end of the session, Berisha's lawyer, Genci Gjokutaj, declared to the media that the side of the former prime minister will continue the legal battle by appealing this decision.

"They continued in theirs, we will continue our battle. Even the practices of Strasbourg and all the arguments we made, the court failed to conclude. Without changing Rama's order, the decision of this court will not change", said Gjokutaj.
