The man you see in the photo is the suspected perpetrator of the silencer murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
He is Luigi Mangione, 26, of Maryland, who has not been charged but was arrested Monday morning at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania, after an intensive manhunt following the cold-blooded execution of Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel last week.
He turns out to have anti-capitalist views and a personal hatred for Thompson, due, according to him, to shortcomings in the health insurance system, beliefs strengthened after losing both of his grandparents in a short period of time.
Mangione had a "ghost gun," a type of weapon that can be assembled at home from parts without serial numbers, making them difficult to track down, investigators said.
"Currently, the information we are receiving from Altoona is that the weapon appears to be a phantom weapon that may have been made on a 3-D printer, capable of firing a 9mm bullet," US authorities said.
