Former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu

After 4 hours, the hearing between former defense minister Fatmir Mediu in the Special Anticorruption Court has ended.

After leaving GJKKO, Mediu stated that the opinion of the experts on the benefits that would come from dismantling are meaningless.

According to the former minister, our country had an obligation regarding the time limits for the dismantling of weapons and made a comparison bringing the case of how long this procedure would last if the Police's offer was implemented.

Fatmir Mediu stated that there have been two cases where during the dismantling of weapons, damage was caused to people, as it is a dangerous process.

The next session was scheduled for October 30 at 9:00 a.m., where the legal defense of the former minister will continue to respond to the experts' answers.
