Artan Hoxha says that the US embassy and Prime Minister Rama have different preferences for the new head of SPAK. 

Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Hoxha said that the American embassy prefers the candidate Altin Dumani, while the government prefers Edvin Kondil. 

"Mr. Altin Dumani was the favorite of the American embassy even when Kraja was elected. Mr. Dumani leads one of the two sectors of SPAK. There is the anti-organized crime sector that Mr. Dumani leads. All three names are professionals, I know all three .

Hoxha also focused on the statements of Yuri Kim, who indirectly said that there is interference in the process of electing the head of SPAK. 

"In all the cases that the American embassy has intervened, especially for justice, they have always intervened because they had information and concern that pressure is being exerted on SPAK. You have seen over the last few months, how many meetings Kim has had at SPAK with prosecutors. She she went even for minimal things, to give messages, that in this matter we are the ones. She did it bluntly, not with diplomacy. She delivered a line that was asked of her. Even when the head of SPAK was elected, there was a concern similar. They found Mr. Kraja, who had collaborated and was part of the staffs of Berisha, Meta and Rama. Today, we are in the same situation. The factors that dominate politics are looking for a figure similar to Mr. Kraja. This time the embassy she won't leave it up to them. She said we are worried. That's why it belongs directly to the prosecutors", said Hoxha.
