Erind Mrruku , arrested today by the Tirana police in Kamëz with a pistol with cartridges ready to fire, was convicted 13 years ago for intentional homicide. Erind Mrruku killed in 2010 Fabian Nikaj, singer.

Nikaj was executed in the late hours of yesterday evening in the "Besëlidhja" neighborhood in Lezhë, just a few meters from the police station.

The young people had been discussing in high tones in one of the bars of Shengjin, while the apple of the quarrel is suspected to have been a girl.

Then Erind Mrruku, who is suspected to have been accompanied by several other boys, followed Nikaj by car to the city of Lezha, where he shot him with a firearm. Erind Mrruku surrendered himself to the police.

Who was the singer, Fabian Nikaj :

Rapper born and raised in Milot, Albania, Fabian Nikaj, became known to the public in 2007.

It was precisely the "Top Fest" festival, the fourth edition, when he was presented with the song "I love you" in collaboration with Samanta Karavella.

At that time, this song was one of the most listened to because of the music and rhythms that were new at that time.

Although they failed to enter the final, Fabiani and Samanta won the hearts of the public.

Police notification:

As part of the "Cancelled" operation, the police searched Erind Mrruk, who found a pistol with a cartridge ready for firing, a comb and combat ammunition. 

After searching his apartment, the blue forces found a holster for carrying a pistol, a pair of binoculars, three cutting tools, three mobile devices and a scale for precious metals, which were seized as material evidence, along with the firearm and combat ammunition. 

Erind Mrruku was previously convicted of murder, having killed Fabian Nikaj in 2010. Nikaj was executed in the "Besëlidhja" neighborhood in Lezhë, just a few meters from the police station.
