5 vases of cannabis on the balcony of the house, how many years in prison does

The Tirana police arrested the singer Enca Haxhiaj yesterday under the charge of cultivating narcotics.

Employees of Commissariat no. 1, after receiving information, they searched the latter's apartment where they found 5 pots planted with large cannabis on the balcony.

After the arrest, the singer said that she is a user and has it for personal use. Her masseuse boyfriend was also caught with her.

But how much does the law provide for the punishment for the cultivation of narcotics?

In our country, the cultivation of plants, which serve or are known to serve for the production and extraction of narcotic and psychotropic substances, without permission and authorization according to the law, is punished with imprisonment from three to seven years, which apparently is also the case of the singer.

And this crime, when committed in collaboration or more than once, is punishable by imprisonment from five to ten years.
