As part of the operation codenamed " The Wanted ", citizen Albert Kapllanaj , 58 years old, was captured in Greece and arrested with the aim of extradition to Albania.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted after the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Fier , with the decision dated 27.06.2013, sentenced him to 14 years in prison for the criminal offenses of " Intentional Murder ", " Intentional Murder ", attempted, and "Illegal Possession and Production of Weapons, Combat Weapons and Ammunition ".

He has 6 years of prison left to serve.

In 1999, the 58-year-old, during a conflict over motives with 3 citizens, fired several shots at them.

Citizen AF lost his life and two of his family members were injured in the shooting.
