The police of Vlora have criminally prosecuted a person, after being accused of building without a permit in the "Cold Water" area of ​​the coastal city.

Citizen GH, 61 years old, resident in Vlora, is under investigation, as he is suspected of having built 2 iron constructions on the ninth floor of a building without permission.

Six officials of the municipality of Vlora have also been criminally prosecuted, as they are accused of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".

Also, for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office and the criminal proceedings were initiated in a free state, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", for the citizens:

Jurgen Çollaku, 34 years old, currently Director of the Urban Planning Office in the municipality of Vlorë.

Klaudio Mehmeti., 33 years old, with the task of specialist of the Urban Planning Office, in the municipality of Vlorë;

Rubin Hekurani, 34 years old, as a specialist of the Urban Planning Office, in the municipality of Vlora;

Igli Zahaj, 31 years old, with the duty of inspector of IMT, in the municipality of Vlora;

Manuel Islamaj, 30 years old, with the duty of inspector of IMT, in the municipality of Vlora.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens have abused their duty by issuing a preliminary statement for carrying out works in violation of the law on the inspection and protection of the territory from illegal constructions.
