The sensational murder of 63-year-old Fatima Suli, which happened on January 20 of this year in the village of Kozare in Kuçovo, has already arrived for trial in the Court of First Instance of Berat for several days, after the completion of the investigations of the Berat Prosecutor's Office.

However, the family of the deceased does not agree with the conclusion of the investigation as they claim that the author Fetah Mara did not commit the crime alone, he also had an accomplice.

The lawyer of the family members of the victim Fatima Suli, Ramiz Oboni, declares that in the preliminary hearing that will take place in a few days, they will request that the case be returned to the Berat District Prosecutor's Office for further investigations, as the family members request to be charged with cooperation in the murder of another citizen.

Lawyer Ramiz Oboni stated that this case cannot go to trial, as long as the family members declare that another citizen, named Izet, was with Fetah Mara on the night of the murder, whom they declare to be an accomplice to the killer Mara. Ora writes .

Lawyer Oboni declares that the prosecutor's office should conduct a confrontation between the perpetrator Fetah Mara, who has admitted the murder, and Izeti, the citizen whom the injured accuser describes as a collaborator with Fatah in the murder and who is a neighbor of the victim Fatima Suli's family.

According to lawyer Oboni, if the Court of Berat in the preliminary session will not accept the request to return the case to the Prosecutor's Office for further investigations, they will demand the summons to the court as a witness of Izeti, but also of a third citizen named Luli, who family members describe him as an "eyewitness" in the serious event.

Lawyer Oboni claims that the author of the murder, Fetah Mara, was very contradictory in the statements he gave to the police after the murder, where he first stated the presence of Izeti at the scene and then stated that he was alone when he committed the murder.
