The number of those arrested within the police anti-drug operation "Rhjeti" has reached 54.

Citizens with the initials Migel Balla, 35, and Migel Kuçaj, 34, both residents of Elbasan, have fallen into handcuffs.

The two arrested are accused of being part of a criminal network for the production, sale and trafficking of various types of drugs, a criminal activity which was attacked by the Police of Elbasan, on June 29, 2023.

The court has set the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the two citizens, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

Three more people are wanted for trafficking and distribution of narcotics.

A total of 54 citizens were arrested for this mega-operation, as well as quantities and doses of various drugs, firearms, military ammunition, cold weapons and large sums of money in different currencies were seized.

The procedural materials were passed to the prosecution for further actions.

Police notification:

Uninterrupted controls throughout the territory of the district, for the capture of all citizens declared wanted within the anti-drug police mega-operation coded "The Network".

The number of citizens arrested as a result of this mega-operation reaches 54.

Accused by the Court, as members of a criminal network for the production, sale and trafficking of various types of drugs, 2 wanted citizens were arrested and put in handcuffs.

The operational services of the Elbasan Local Police Directorate and those of the Elbasan Police Station have continued to carry out checks throughout the district, in order to capture and bring before criminal responsibility, all the citizens declared wanted within the framework of the anti-drug police mega-operation of coded "Network".

As a result, the citizens of the UK, 35 years old, and MK, 34 years old, both residents of Elbasan, were detained. For these citizens, the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Elbasan has set the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

Both of these citizens are accused of being part of a criminal network for the production, sale and trafficking of various types of drugs, a criminal activity which was struck by the Police of Elbasan, on June 29, 2023, as part of the coded anti-drug police mega-operation "The network".

A total of 54 citizens were arrested for this mega-operation, as well as quantities and doses of various drugs, firearms, military ammunition, cold weapons and large sums of money in different currencies were seized.

The work continues for the capture of the other 3 citizens announced as wanted within this mega-operation.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
