Elvis Roshi appears in SPAK

The former head of the municipality of Kavaja, Elvis Roshi, appeared today at the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Roshi's summons to SPAK may be related to a report by the Supreme Council of the State, during the 2013-2014 audit, when Roshi was the head of Kavaja municipality.

In this audit, several irregularities were found in the field of Urban Planning and procurement of public funds with economic damage in the amount of ALL 33 million. 

Earlier, the Durrës Court dismissed the criminal proceedings against the former socialist mayor. 

However, the Special Court has decided to transfer the file of the former mayor of Kavaja, Elvis Roshi, accused of abuse of office, to the Special Prosecutor's Office.
