"It is important that the investigation group precisely determine the practice of domestic violence and the causing of suicide by the author against his wife and consequently also against his children. In terms of determining the crime, we must consider the fact that the murder is against the wife, while the death of the three children depends on the decision that will be determined by the murder committed by the mother of the 3 children and then killed herself or in a another form of carrying out the dynamics of the investigation", said ex-prosecutor Eugen Beçi.

"The presence of symptoms of anxiety or low mood reported by the psychiatrist in Shkodër could certainly be cured without the need for hospitalization, i.e. in outpatient conditions," said the psychiatrist, Neli Demi.

The dynamics of this event change from moment to moment. The competent bodies will re-interrogate Alma Arraz's sister-in-law, who was also the last person who met her, at least according to the footage provided by the security cameras.

"Due to the suspicions that the sister-in-law and girlfriend of Ergys Arraz were not honest during the testimony during the preliminary actions, the investigation group has decided to re-interrogate both women on Tuesday", said journalist Anila Hoxha

Ergys Arraz's girlfriend will also be questioned. According to confidential sources for Inside Story, the 17-year-old girl had a big shock from this event.

"Ergys Arraz's girlfriend will also be interrogated because the investigators seek to clarify some dilemmas regarding whether or not there were threats and whether Ergysi's husband confessed to her about his relationship with his wife Alma and about any other actions that he had calculated to undertake", said journalist Anila Hoxha.

Ergys Arrazi has not yet been questioned. He is kept in Reçi prison with the status of a pre-trial detainee. According to the authorities, his psychological condition is serious. For this reason and for the fear of any reaction that may come from the other detainees, Ergys Arrazi is in solitary confinement. He has not met any of his family members. However, Ergys Arrazi is not an unknown name for Albanian justice cards. He was banned in March 2022 for cultivating and trading narcotics. But due to lack of evidence, he was released in December 2022. During this time, he had conversations and meetings with his family and Alma Arraz.

"In the cards written and possessed in the prison of Recci, the dynamics of this person who is subjected to an individual treatment in terms of social skills and also the way of thinking is written in the personal card. It is shown as a person who had communicated on Skype with his family before Alma and his children and the physical meetings he had held. While he showed and showed the relationship with his wife in 2022 as stable and without problems", said journalist Anila Hoxha 

Another fact reminiscent of detective films is the ongoing parallel investigation. The family of Ergys Arraz has started their own investigation into the incident by looking for security cameras in businesses in the area.

"A second parallel investigation is also being conducted by the family members of Ergys Arraz, who have appeared in some businesses with the request to examine the camera footage as well. In the first case, it creates the belief that they are gathering evidence to release Ergys Arraz, and in the other case, it makes you think that they themselves have a clear conviction about this extremely serious event in Albania," said journalist Anila Hoxha.
