A 27-year-old Albanian man lost his life in a tragic accident that happened yesterday evening in Circonvallazione Oriani, an area in Verona, Italy.

The young Albanian was traveling with his Yamaha R6 motorcycle, when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. The 27-year-old identified as Redon Qevani is said to have died at the scene, according to Corriere della Sera.

The Italian authorities are working to fully clarify the event, since no other vehicle was involved in the accident and everything may have happened as a result of the motorcyclist's confusion, speed or engine malfunction.

Immediately after the news of the accident, relatives of Redon and the woman went to the scene. It is learned that the couple was expecting a boy.

The media write that one of the relatives set fire to the motorcycle without revealing the reason. This required the intervention of other carabinieri to manage the situation.
