A 31-year-old man who gave hashish to a minor in Lezhë and posted the video on the TikTok social network has been handcuffed.

Gëzim Avdi (Kalia) was put in handcuffs by the police. Regarding his identification, he says that the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, was personally interested, asking the State Police Director for his identification and escort.

The 31-year-old is seen in the scandalous video giving a suspected hashish cigarette to a minor, while he posted the video himself on TikTok.

Minister Balla's reaction:

good evening,

I became aware this afternoon of a scandalous video where an irresponsible person appears to offer a cigarette (suspected hashish) to a minor. I immediately asked the General Director of the State Police to identify this person and then the Police made it possible to arrest him immediately and escort him to the Kurbin Police Station, accused of encouraging the use of narcotics under aggravating circumstances.

Police Notification:

He gave a minor to smoke cigarettes with the narcotic substance cannabis, filmed and posted the video on the Tik Tok social network, the 31-year-old was caught and put in handcuffs.

Strukturat hetimore të DVP Lezhë, menjëherë pas publikimit të një videoje, në rrjetin social Tik Tok, në të cilën shfaqej një shtetas duke i dhënë për të pirë një të mituri, cigare me lëndë  të dyshuar narkotike, kanë nisur verifikimet për identifikimin e shtetasit që shfaqej në video.

Nga veprimet e shpejta hetimore u bë identifikimi i shtetasit G. A.( K.), 31 vjeç, banues në Patok, Kurbin.

Në vijim të veprimeve procedurale, specialisët për Hetimin e Narkotikëve të  Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Lezhë arrestuan në flagrancë 31-vjeçarin, për veprën penale “Nxitja për përdorimin e drogës”.

The Lezhë Local Police Directorate invites citizens to report any case of abuse against minors or students and anyone who tries to encourage children to use narcotics or involve them in other criminal acts, guaranteeing full anonymity and immediate response.
