The Special Court has rejected the request for a milder security measure against Kaçi.

The 40-year-old requested a change in measure from "house arrest" to mandatory appearance, but her request was rejected by judge Flora Haradinaj.

She is being investigated by SPAK for the charge of active corruption, while she requested an investigation in a free state. We remind you that Alma Kaçi and Safet Gjici were arrested on June 24 after being accused of corruption.
