A 17-year-old Albanian is the second person arrested for the murder of a 25-year-old postal worker in Agrigento.

The teenager is charged with complicity in intentional murder.

Last April, in the parking lot of the Cattaneo area, near the historic center of Pavia,  Gabriele Vaccaro  was stabbed in the throat, after a banal conflict over a takeaway pizza.

After the murder, police immediately arrested a 16-year-old, accused of being the cause of the stabbings that took the life of the 25-year-old Sicilian.

Four other young people who were in the company of the detained minor were also reported.

The 17-year-old Albanian was part of the group involved in the attack. During the fight that night, he shielded the perpetrator with his body, before escaping with him. He then allegedly gave him his clothes, in order to help him evade police checks.

The 17-year-old has been transferred to the Cesare Beccaria Juvenile Criminal Institute in Milan.

Investigations and assessments into the role of other young people involved in this event are ongoing. All others are now adults./ FanPage
