Ervis Xhixha , a person filed by the State Police for an attempted murder and engaged in the business world, was taken hostage by some citizens in the Kamza area. The 35-year-old was fined 70,000 euros and he refused to pay.

Under these conditions, Tori Xhecuka (alias Hektor Xhecuka) organized Kamza's "chuns" and took Ervis Xixha hostage.

Tori Xhecuka (alias Hektor Xhecuka), Aleksandër Osmani, Artan Pirraçi, Fredi Keta, Naim Qarri, Sajmir Kolaveri and Adem Metkola tortured and threatened Ervis Xixha, but he still refused to pay the "fine".

The 35-year-old went to the Police and told everything, setting in motion the Department for the Investigation of Serious Crimes in the DVP Tirana and the capital's Prosecutor's Office, which today executed seven arrest warrants for this group that operated in the Kamza area.

The specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector in DVP Tirana, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "The debt". 

Police notification:

- the security measure "Arrest in prison" was executed for citizens Tori Xhecuka (alias Hektor Xhecuka), 36 years old, Aleksandër Osmani , 37 years old, Artan Pirraçi , 50 years old, and Fredi Keta , 49 years old, all residents of Tirana.

- the security measure "House arrest" was executed for the citizens: Naim Qarri , 52 years old, Sajmir Kolaveri , 42 years old and Adem Metkola , 46 years old.

Tori Xhecuka (alias Hektor Xhecuka) is a well-known name to the authorities in Albania as he is considered one of the "soldiers" of the betting businessman Ervis Martinaj, accused of several criminal events. He was previously convicted of attempted murder.

Also, the name of Hektor Xhečuka came out of SkyECC interceptions.

Ervis Martinaj had offered Albert Zaja 500,000 euros to spend on whatever he wanted together with Hektor Xhečuka only to eliminate the brothers Durim and Valter Bami in return.

The plan was broken after Hektor Xhečuka was involved in an injury on July 4, 2020, where he shot citizen Enrik Metra in Burrel.

He had been staying in Dubai for a long time and apparently, upon his arrival in Albania, he organized Kamza's group by imposing fines on businesses.
