EXCITING/ Italian media: The nuclear power plant will be built in Albania

The Italians announce the sensational agreement with Albania: The agreement has been reached!

The construction of a nuclear power plant, with a capacity of 1500 Megawatts, is the agreement that Italy has reached with Albania with an investment equal to 4 billion euros.

The news is revealed by the Italian media, which express their happiness that this Nuclear Power Plant will be built in Albania.

According to them, the Italian companies that will provide skills, competence and consultancy are ENI (Italian multinational energy company), ENEL (Italian multinational company for the distribution of electricity and gas), EDISON (one of the oldest Italian companies in the field of energy and distributor of natural gas).

The realization of such a nuclear power plant undoubtedly requires a long time of work, but the news has created quite a few political debates, journalist Alba Kepi reports for "Ora News".

The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Matteo Salvini has requested that the debate take the funnel of a popular referendum for or against nuclear energy.


Italian economic experts state that the 3 companies mentioned above, ie ENI, ENEL and EDISON, are the only ones to benefit from this investment, while it will be quite difficult for dozens of other companies operating in the renewable energy sector.
