Shkodra is the district most damaged by the heavy rains during this Sunday.

The rain and strong wind have damaged road infrastructure in the villages and the city, while this afternoon the situation worsened further after the Drin river burst its banks.

The entrance to the city is currently blocked, as the water has flooded the road. The water level at Harku i Berdica reaches several centimeters, making it impossible for small vehicles to move.
