SPAK is seeking 13 years in prison for businessman Rezart Taçi, who is accused of laundering 18.3 million euros of the Cosa Nostra mafia. Rezart Taçi is still wanted. 

Taci is accused by SPAK of involvement in an attempt to launder 18.3 million euros of the Italian mafia.

The process against the businessman was suspended for a year because he was not found to be arrested under a security measure "prison arrest" issued in absentia against him.

His lawyer Ilenja Mëhilli had requested the dismissal of the case, also based on the prosecutor's request that he separate the case for the Italians and send them to Italy.
