The Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan has ended the investigation into one of the sensational hostage-takings that happened a year ago in the Peqin area, where businessman Gani Moka and another citizen F..., an employee of the company that is administered by Moka.

During the investigations, it was proven that Seit Manahasa and his cousin, Kreshnik Manahasa (Muhollari), participated in this hostage taking, who have already been charged and sent to court.

The above two characters are accused of the criminal offense of "Compulsion by means of threats or violence to give property" committed in collaboration, "Theft by violence" committed in collaboration, "Unlawful deprivation of liberty" committed in collaboration and "Sexual harassment".

According to the investigative file in May 2021, the businessman Moka and his employee, F..., had stopped on the Peqin-Elbasan highway, and while they were standing by the Shkumbit river, they were taken hostage there.

According to the information in the file, the two people raped them and demanded 20,000 euros under threat.

Seit Manahasa, a well-known figure of the underworld in Elbasan, together with another person already identified by the criminal police as Kreshnik Manahasa (Muhollari), turned out to have taken hostage the businessman Gani Moka and his employee, F...

Moka represents the company "Certi W South Balkans" that specializes in equipping businesses with ISSO certificates, as well as two other companies called "Agricoltura Moderna Europe" and "I-Research 2014".

In the investigation file provided by " Ora News ", it is said that Moka and his employee F..., on May 21, 2021, were in Lushnje and were traveling towards Elbasan, after having a meeting with the managers of the "Rozafa" company. .

However, before going to Peqin, they stopped in a pocket of the road, in order to take pictures of an inerts processing business, in order to talk to the owner about the certification.

Immediately next to them, a white BMW X5 off-road vehicle has arrived. Two people who came out of it, asked them to follow them, entering the business premises.

In the prosecution documents, it is stated that after getting both of them out of the car, they started hitting them, demanding 20,000 euros with the argument that they had damaged their scrip, by throwing sugar on it or that they had committed other shameful acts, in subject premises. It is even noted in the material that Moka was also hit in the head with stones.

Denying the accusations raised by Seit Manahasa and Kreshnik Muhollari, Moka has asked the accused to at least release his employee, F...

In the investigative file, it is said that the two defendants, after stripping them, filmed them with their phones, threatening that they would take the video to their family members and post it on "Youtube", if businessman Moka did not give them 20,000 euros.

Even for a moment, one of the defendants tried to have sexual relations with F..., so the prosecution brought the charge of "Sexual Harassment" against Kreshnik Muhollar.

" You will lose money, otherwise we will kill your family, if you go to complain ", was one of the threats recorded in the file.

Since Manahasa and his friend, Kreshnik Muhollari, have released the two hostages with the promise that they would not report to the police and the businessman would take 20,000 euros to Manahasa.

After his release, on the way to Elbasan, Ganiu called his son in Tirana, and explained to him what had happened to two unknown people.

He also informed a friend of his, another construction businessman, who had told him to go to the Elbasan Police Department, since the Elbasan police officers had been notified of the incident and were waiting for him to testify.

After the report, the police of Elbasan, in May 2021, ordered RENEA, which carried out the arrest of Sei Manahasa, while announcing the search for his friend Kreshnik Muhollar.

Both of these characters have already been charged with 4 criminal offenses and it is expected that in the following days the judicial process will start against them.
