The Korça Court has ordered the security measure " prison arrest " for the three accused, who took hostage and raped 32-year-old Ilir Topçiu in Devoll.

These are Alti Nallbatin, Marsel Buçi and Trajan Çeliku , for whom the court sentenced them to 40 days in prison. 

The three arrested,  Alti Nallbati , the brother of MP Bledion Nallbati, Marsel Buci and Trajan Çeliku , were arrested a few days ago after kidnapping Ilir Topçiu in his apartment and raping him in the premises of a business. 

The 32-year-old, who was under " house arrest ", was called by the perpetrators to go outside to the yard, where he was then forcibly taken by the arrestees. 

The incident was reported on the evening of October 31, while it was learned that it had occurred on October 27, in Devoll. 

Alti Nallbati , brother of MP Bledion Nallbati, Marsel Buci and Trajan Çeliku, took Ilir Topçiu hostage, who was under ' house arrest ', and mistreated him in the premises of one of their apartments.

The police announced their arrest, while noting that Alti Nallbat and Çeliku are charged with unlawful deprivation of liberty and intimidation, while Buç is also charged with intentional light injury.  

We recall that  Albi Nallbati , brother of Democratic MP Bledion Nallbati, was involved in another incident during the 2025 election campaign.

The incident occurred on the evening of May 3, when DP MP Bledion Nallbati and his brother, Alti Nallbati, had a conflict with a truck driver. The conflict was caused by an accident, which did not happen.
