The murder of "LOSH", the ex-girlfriend testifies in the GJKKO: He
Ervis Dedja

The next hearing for the 'Golden Bullet' file was held today at the GJKKO, where one faction is talking about the murder of Ervis and Fatmira Dedaj.

After their sister/daughter, Ervis' ex-girlfriend testified in court.

P. Mici says that at the time she was a university student when she met Ervis in 2011, a relationship that lasted 1 year, until he was executed.

His ex-girlfriend says that at that time Ervis had just returned from the Netherlands and that he opened a gas station with Festim Qolin. The latter is a defendant in the case and the main suspect in Dedaj's murder.

P. Mici, in her testimony, says that the conflict with Festim and Ervis began after the latter demanded that the fuel be registered in his mother's name. She says the conflict began 3 months before the murder occurred.

P.Mici :  I met Ervis Dedja in March 2011 and the relationship with him lasted until he passed away. I was at university. I met him through my friend, who had a friend named Festim Qolin. Ervis Dedja had just arrived from abroad when I met him. He was in the Netherlands.

In Albania, he was discussing opening a gas station with Festim Qolin. The gas station was opened in Shkozet. I have never been to the gas station with Elvis. Festim was in charge of the management. Elvis lived with his mother in Durrës, and we lived together in Golem from time to time. On the day of the incident, he brought me to Tirana because I had an exam. I took the exam, he took me to Durrës and then left. It was between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. I saw the incident on TV.

On the day of the incident, he was worried about the fuel issue, which he had put in Festimi's name. He wanted to put the fuel in his mother's name. Festimi was aware of my relationship with Elvis. I met Elvis' mother for the first time when Elvis died. I met some people with whom Elvis was associated. His economic situation was normal. We never discussed the income from the fuel. The fuel belonged to Elvis, but he had put it in Festimi's name and the conflict occurred because he wanted to put it in Fatmira's name. 2-3 months before the incident, a conflict occurred between Elvis and Festimi.

The relationship between them was not like before. Elvis' nickname was "Loshi". I was at Elvis' funeral, I didn't see Festim Qoli there. As far as I know, he wasn't present.

Elvis had several cell phones, he only communicated with me on one number. After Elvis's murder, I contacted Fatmira.

I was very young and very shocked by the event, I met his mother about 40 days after I went to her house.
