Italian justice has been maximally engaged in locating and arresting the Albanian from Vlora, Dritan Rexhepi, in the city of Istanbul in Turkey.

After his arrest, the Italian Justice is again making maximum efforts to extradite Rexhepi to Italy, where he awaits the serving of a 20-year prison sentence given by the Florence court.

But this is not the only decision that Dritan Rexhepi has to pay in Italy, as he must also serve a sentence for escaping from Voghera prison, an event that happened in 2019.

Rexhepi was sentenced in Italy as the leader of a large organization with Albanians and not only, that controlled a good part of the cocaine traffic from Ecuador to several European countries.

Ora writes that he has secured the voluminous file of the company "Bello", a company in which Dritan Rexhepi was known by the nickname " Jul Çezari ".

The 33 names of all the members of the largest Albanian cocaine cartel were revealed in October 2020 by the Florence prosecutor's office in Italy.

In total, there are 84 people implicated in this drug trafficking organization, but the arrest of the 33 main names that dominated the criminal group is the conclusion of the "Los Blancos" operation by the Florence prosecutor's office and "Europol".

There is no doubt that the main man of this group and the person who directed the shipments of cocaine from a high security prison in Quito, Ecuador, was Dritan Rexhepi .

The latter had several code names, by which he was called by the other members of the cartel, where " Dhimo", "Ali", "Jose", "Bugatti " stand out.

But the code name that his "soldiers" shouted most often was " Julius Caesar ", an emblematic label for the Roman emperor who dominated the entire Roman empire and army.

The number two of this group was the Ecuadorian, Montenegrin Castillo Cesar Emillio, who was known by the nickname "Don Monti" and the leader of the Ecuadorian cartel " Cartel Del Norte del Valle ".

While the third person who dominated the group and was the man who waited in Holland for the loads of cocaine sent by Dritan Rexhepi, was Jorin Llambro from Vlonia, or as he was called with the code names "Çeço" and "Monte Carlo".

Most of the 33 members of this criminal group in the wiretapping were identified by code names, using the names of the stars of the Spanish football team, Real Madrid.

This detail also inspired the Italian prosecutors to call this group "Los Blancos" or, in English, "The Whites".

Meanwhile, the use of code names such as "Jony B", which was the member of the group Detjon Iljazaj, "Mishi", which was Klejdi Abazaj, who was called differently, and "Deni", are not missing in the file.

Continuing with code names such as "Ramos" and "Rooney", which was Eljon Beqiri, "Roberto Vargas" which was Robert Varga, "Miri o Van Damme" which was Ermir Kreshpa, "Paulo", which was Alban Memetaj, "Eto'o" who was Admir Marku, Luis Figo who was Lek Çolaj, "Gerio", who was Gjergj Lesaj or "Hainiken" who was Vladimir Lesaj .

Meanwhile, the "Alvaro" of this criminal group was Arian Shqau, the man who meticulously coordinated the couriers who transported the drugs. While the leaders of the "Marku" group who were part of this cartel, had code names such as "Tractor" which was Edmond Marku and "Chairman" which was Gerti Marku.

Most of the 33 members of this group have been arrested by the Italian prosecutor's office, while some are still wanted. The arrests spread to Italy, Dubai, Ecuador, Albania, Holland, Norway and other European countries.

Italian prosecutors estimate that this cartel trafficked at least 2,368 kilograms of cocaine in 2016 and 3,654 kilograms in 2017, with an average wholesale price of €23,500 per kg and a total revenue value over two years of €141 million.
