This is Arjanit Rizaj , the Albanian who was shot dead inside his vehicle that he had parked near the emergency room of the Luis Vernaza hospital in Guayaquil , Ecuador .

The victim was inside the car with license plate GSM-2390 when he was attacked by two people who arrived at the scene on a motorcycle.

The 53-year-old's wife told the police that they had arrived a few minutes before the assassination in the emergency room to visit a relative who had been admitted there.

Police sources told Extra that: " The woman was with other relatives when her husband was killed. Together, they took him out of the car and sent him in their arms to the emergency room of the hospital, but the doctors did not open the doors, so they had to take him to a clinic where he died a few minutes after admission. "
