SPAK organized a major operation during the evening hours in collaboration with the state police, as 10 arrest warrants were issued and 3 police officers were arrested, while 1 is wanted.

Shkëlzen Ruska , crime boss in Himara, is reportedly accused of cannabis cultivation, participation in a structured criminal group, abuse of office and other acts committed by a criminal organization.

Also arrested was  Ervis Alisinanaj , the head of Crimes at the Lushnja Police Station, who faces charges of the same criminal offenses, as well as for exercising illegal influence over other public officials.

Erdit Hazizaj  is another arrested person, who had fled the police in 2022.

He is accused of drug trafficking, cultivation of narcotic plants, and involvement in criminal groups. Hazizaj was a candidate for mayor of Roskovec, under the Democratic Party (DP) banner.

The Chief of the Border Police Commissariat in Saranda, Elvis Dervishi , has been declared wanted and is accused of "narcotics trafficking", "Structured criminal group", "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization" and "Abuse of office".
