A major operation is being carried out during the evening hours by the Police Supervision Agency and the State Police with 10 measures by decision of the GJKKO and request of SPAK.

Searches were conducted in several cities in the country: Tirana, Kukës, Fier, Vlora, Gjirokastra, and beyond, where 3 police officers were arrested, while another was declared wanted.

With the decision of the GJKKO that granted security measures and the request of SPAK, from the investigations and breakdowns of the encrypted application "SkyECC" there are suspicions that police officers were involved in criminal groups.

Shkëlzen Ruska, acting crime chief in Himara. Ruska is accused of cannabis cultivation, organized criminal group, abuse of office and commission of criminal offenses by a criminal organization.

For the same charges, the head of Crimes at the Lushnja Police Station, Ervis Alisinanaj , has also been arrested  .

The latter is also charged with exercising illegal influence over persons exercising public functions.

Erdit Hazizaj is the third person arrested by the AMP, Hazizaj left the police in 2022.

He is accused by SPAK of drug trafficking, cultivation of narcotic plants, structured group, abuse of office, etc.

The wanted person is the head of the Border Police Commissariat in Saranda,  Elvis Dervishi,  accused of drug trafficking, organized criminal group, committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and organized criminal group, and abuse of office.

SPAK investigations have been underway for some time for the arrested officers, as the "SkyECC" applications revealed that the latter were involved with criminal gangs in the field of narcotics and more.
