This is Elvis Demçe, the most famous Albanian trafficker in Italy, who declared himself the "God of drugs", while seeking to take over all the powers of the "underground world of crime".

The new photo and details have been published by the Italian media. The latter, referring to the data from the voluminous files of the investigation, write that Demçe grew up in criminal families and very quickly climbed the "ladder of success".

"Elvis Demçe was born in Fier, Albania, on August 10, 1986. He lives in Velletri, but in fact lived in Rome. "He is now in prison awaiting trial as he is accused of being in charge of the last powerful gang of Albanians with mafia methods operating in the capital", it is said in the investigation file.

Demce was a man very close to Fabrizio Psicitelli, known as Diabolic who was killed some time ago.

He was doing business importing drugs on behalf of Achilles criminal groups, with emissaries linked to Dutch and Colombian drug traffickers and a former footballer recently arrested with 27kg of cocaine.

Demce made savage threats against his rivals. Some time ago, a debt of 100 thousand euros caused him to order the members of his gang: "Take his brother, kidnap him and cut off both arms."


Italian media have previously reported the wiretapping of Demce's plan to kill two prosecutors.
