SPAK has issued an official notice for the arrest of Ilir Meta, where it states the charges and criminal offenses against him.

According to the announcement of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Ilir Meta is accused of corrupt actions in the CEZ-DIA contract.

According to SPAK, Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi are accused of passive corruption, money laundering and concealment of wealth.

SPAK announces that there were five countries that cooperated with SPAK on the file against Ilir Meta. These countries are the United States of America, Austria, Italy, San Marino and Cyprus.

"Investigations continue with the administration of evidence regarding the implication of other persons who are suspected to be involved in this illegal criminal activity.

We take the opportunity to thank the General Directorate of the State Police as well as the law enforcement authorities of the United States of America, Austria, Italy, San Marino, Cyprus for the help and cooperation shown ," it was said, among other things, in the announcement of SPAK .
