The leaders of several new parties were invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV.

During the conversation, there was a strong argument between Arlind Qori and Agron Shehaj , about oligarchs, unions, and business.

Qori says that Shehaj exploits workers to enrich himself and that they do not have the courage to organize into unions.

While Shehaj stated that the chairman of the Together Movement has a communist mentality, he stated that he does not prohibit employees from participating in unions. 

Agron Shehaj: If you want a respectable meter, look at what you have done and what I have done.

Arlind Qori : What have you done? I have been working as a teacher for 20 years. I have been showing solidarity with people in need for 14 years. Sir, you have made a fortune by exploiting workers.

Agron Shehaj : Zero facts! Communist mentality.

Arlind Qori: When you pay workers minimum wage, it is exploitation.

Agron Shehaj : Have you seen my salaries?

Arlind Qori: Tell me... What is the minimum and average salary?

Agron Shehaj : Zero facts. When you have no arguments, you start slandering.

Arlind Qori : How much are your workers paid? Why don't your workers have a union? Because their owner is firing them. If they dared to organize in a union, you would have fired them. The union is in the interest of the workers, the fact that there is no union means that there is a threat, in every advanced country there are unions. How is it possible that there are no unions in Albania?

Agron Shehaj : Why should I stop them? Andi, excuse me, are there unions at "Lapsi"? They are upset that you don't stop them?

Arlind Qori: How many employees do you have at "Lapsi"?

Andi Bushati : Ten people.

Arlind Qori: How many workers do you have? You can't form a union with ten people because the law doesn't allow it, you need at least 20. You don't know. You don't read because you're allergic to books and papers, how many workers do you have in your businesses?

Agron Shehaj : Even I, who only graduated from university, know that the number and right of an employee to join a union is irrelevant, it does not depend on how many employees there are.

Arlind Qori : The Labor Code in Albania, which you don't know at all, requires you to have at least 20 workers to have a union. If I ask you, how many workers do you have, just tell me that much. This is not a business secret.

Agron Shehaj: I care more about unions than you do.

Arlind Qori: Kodi i Punës kërkon të kesh minimalisht 20 punëtorë për të patur një sindikatë. Në bizneset e tua zotëri, sa punëtorë punojnë? Është sekret? Do ti futësh punëtorët poshtë qilimit?

Agron Shehaj: Jam krenar. Nuk e di sa janë këto. Në pothuajse 20 vite punë, kam punësuar 50 mijë vetë. Po flas me fakte. Nuk jam një populist, që them më dërgo makinën se nuk kam makinë me çfarë të vij në emision. Kur nuk je në gjendje të gjesh mjet për të ardhur në një emision, do zgjidhësh problemet e shqiptarëve ti? Broçkullat e tua. Populizma idiote. Merr paguaj aty, hajde me taksi, hajde me diçka se le nam.

Arlind Qori: Pikërisht kështu zgjidhen çështjet e shqiptarëve. Mos e humb qetësinë dhe toruan. Jep përjigje sa punëtorë ke.

Agron Shehaj: Andi, aty te “Lapsi” ka njeri që është në sindikatë?

Andi Bushati: Lapsi është si kooperativë, aty pak a shumë ndihen të gjithë pronarë, nuk ka ndonjë gjë për të ndarë.

Arlind Qori: Do thuash edhe biznesi im është kooperativë…

Agron Shehaj: Ti nuk e ke idenë se çfarë është biznesi. Ti mendon se kapitalizmi është problemi dhe sipërmarrësit janë problemi. Ti ke bërë para thua dhe ke shfrytëzuar njerëz.

Arlind Qori: Nëse pronari kërcënon punëtorët për tu organizuar në sindikata, është duke shkelur ligjin.

Agron Shehaj: Ku e ke dëgjuar këtë?

Arlind Qori: Dua të di sa punëtorë ke dhe nga numri i punëtorëve do kuptoj se sa e mundshme është organizimi i një sindikate. Ka libra për këtë punë, gjëra që ti i urren, librat. Ke alergji, nuk e di pse. Ka libra dhe studime që tregojnë raportin midis numrit të punëtorëve dhe organizimit sindikal.

Agron Shehaj: Je i çuditshëm.

Arlind Qori: Për ty po se nuk kuptohemi, ti je në anën e atyre që shtrydhin punëtorët si leckë, unë jam në anën e atyre që ju thotë punëtorëve që organizohuni për paga më të larta, për kushte pune më të mira, që të kenë katër javë pushim dhe jo një. Të keni pushim edhe të shtunën dhe të dielën. Nëse punoni mbi orarin e punës, do paguheni më shumë. Kjo është politikë, të merresh me të drejtat dhe interesat e njerëzve dhe ti përfaqësosh ato. Nuk është shtrydhe peshqirin shtrydhe derisa të bjerë pika e fundit.

Agron Shehaj: Kush tha se e bëj unë këtë?

Arlind Qori: Po të pyes për numrin e punëtorëve.

Arlind Qori: You don't even know the meaning of the word populist. If I ask you what populist means, you'll just sit there like an owl. How do you know what a populist is? What is a populist?

Agron Shehaj : You're an idiot, you're a person who could very well come to a television show, with your own means, but you say you're coming by bus, so that you can then be called... a common populist.

Arlind Qori : Read, brother, that's why I say... Not just to make money, read anything you can eat.
