The Tirana court today issued a security measure of arrest and imprisonment for the owner of the BMV X6 that ended up off the road at the Artificial Lake promenade in Tirana.

Even the Prosecutor's Office wants arrest in prison, as Eldi Allushi is accused of initially hiding the fact that he was not in the car and the driver was the cousin of Ervis Martinaj, still wanted.

Before the investigators, the 26-year-old man said that he lied to the police when he said that he was the driver, in order not to harm the friend who had given him the vehicle to use.
