The court of Tirana has transferred the file in charge of Pëllumb Salillar's company for the criminal offense of illegal construction to the court session .

According to the charges, the investigators have found evidence and facts that in Farka, where the company was building, floors were found without a permit that were not provided for in the construction permit.

The Tirana court has accepted the prosecution's request for the trial of the file against Pëllumb Salillari's company for the criminal offense of illegal construction.

The investigations have established that the "Salillari" firm received permission from the Municipality of Tirana in 2020 to build a building with 6 floors above ground, in addition to parking.

But, what resulted from the field inspection of the authorities two years later, was that the building had an additional floor of about 2,500 m2 without a permit.

According to the announcement of the Prosecutor's Office on July 6, 2022, the services of the Farkë Police Station near Police Station No. 1 Tirana have been notified by the operating room of the Tirana Local Police Directorate that the state police portal "Digital Commissioner" has several notifications from residents of the Botanic garden area, "Bilal Sina" street, Administrative Unit No. 13 Tirana, where it was said that the entity "Salillari shpk" is building buildings without permission.

After comparing the documents with the Municipality of Tirana, it was found that the company "Salillari" was found to be in violation. For this matter, two representatives of the company have been placed under investigation.
