The crime that shocked young and old, the murder of 14-year-old Martin Cani could have been prevented.

The parents of the "Fan Noli" school accuse the teachers and the principal of the school for not taking measures after they were aware of the conflict.

An audio from the meeting with the parents of the "Fan Noli" school after the serious incident has been published on social networks.

In the audio, a parent can be heard holding the teacher accountable and saying that school staff knew the minor was armed.

According to the parents, not only the students, but also the teacher, the principal, the psychologist of the "Fan Noli" school and the officer were aware of the knife that the 14-year-old suspect of Martin Cani's murder was carrying at school on the day of the incident.

"Your responsibility was that those children did not come even for the 5th and 6th hour that they had received leave. As of Friday, what was done was done and measures must be taken for the pimple, also for the director. Even the officer. Everything they have. Even the psychologist was aware", says the parent".

The 14-year-old had shown the knife to the students of the class and told them who he had taken it for.

"And when the whole class was squirming, that boy had said 'wait what will happen today'. And it comes with such a knife! And he also showed it to his friends", the audio reads.

In the conversation, the parent demands an account from the teachers and school leaders for this negligence and accuses the school staff of having suggested the children not to talk to journalists or give interviews about the event.

Martin Cani was killed on November 18 in the capital, after a knife fight.

The police arrested the 14-year-old MP as the perpetrator of the murder, against whom the charge of murder under qualifying circumstances has been raised.

The friend of the victim was also injured. The fight between the minors started on Friday, which has raised many questions about how no one managed to prevent the crime.
