A 43-year-old man, identified as Edison Shema , is wanted in Korça , after being accused of sexually abusing a minor girl for 4 years, since the girl, now 16 years old, was 12.

The accused's mother told the media that the girl's father is close friends with her other son.

While denying the accusations against her son, she stated that they were raised due to competition and that her sons are workers.

"The girl's father was close friends with the other son I have in Greece. What happened to us is because of competition because my sons are very hardworking," she said.

After the girl's denunciation in the presence of her parents and the psychologist, a forensic examination was done to prove the sexual abuse.

Sources from the prosecution body announce that the criminal offense of "having sexual relations with minors" has been consummated.

For 4 years, he abused and pressured the minor not to reveal anything. The incident is reported to have taken place in a warehouse owned by the author.

The warehouse in which it is suspected that Edison Sheme had sexual relations with the minor is located next to the stable where the girl's family kept cattle.
