A few days ago, Shkodra was shocked by the assassination, where four people were killed: Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati and the spouses Bashkim and Flutura Basha .

However, it seems that the murder of Hamza Lici had been planned for years, since according to some interceptions of the "Sky" application, Astmer Bilali and Behar Bajri planned to kill Hamza Lici in August 2020.

While they were looking for Hamzai's murder, Bilal asked Behar for information about Ibrahim Lici, whom he intended to catch and kill.

On the other hand, Behari reminds Astmer that Dor Duli, Genc Tafili and Ibrahim Lici are coming from Saranda to Fushë-Kruje, that Indrit Rraja has died and then they will come to Shkodër.

Meanwhile, 4 days after this conversation, on July 16, 2020, Astmer Bilali talks to Behar Bajri , telling the latter not to drive too much, as the police will catch him.
