Arben Ahmetaj opposes the control of the villas by BKH in court: It was violent

Arben Ahmetaj considers illegal the controls that were carried out by the National Investigation Bureau of SPAK in the villas owned by his co-habitant and ex-wife.

According to Report TV, Ahmetaj says that the first inspection in one of the villas is at least unconstitutional since permission was not obtained from the Assembly, given that he is a member of parliament and lives there.

According to Ahmetaj, at the same time, the cohabitant was not informed in advance to have a legal defender present.  

Meanwhile, another lawsuit has been filed by Ahmetaj's ex-wife to oppose the controls by BKH.
