The former deputy commander of the Naval Fleet, Artur Meçollari, has visited SPAK premises for the second time.

It is learned that he will give explanations for the report on the unauthorized constructions that were made inside the Shengjin military base.

Meçollari appears in SPAK as a former military official, in connection with the investigations being carried out for the privatization of army properties in Shengjin and Saranda.

Meçollari was in SPAK on March 9, where he was interrogated by prosecutors, on the same day as the former general of the Armed Forces, Bardhyl Kollçaku.
