A session was held in the Special Appeal for Laert Haxhiu, sentenced to life imprisonment for the "Lushnja Massacre".

Haxhiu has appealed the decision of the first instance that sentenced the 32-year-old to life imprisonment in absentia, accused of the murder of Zamir Latif and Jurgen Hoxha, as well as the wounding of Marjus Xhepexhiu and Bujar Turku.

Present in the hall is the prosecutor Doloreza Musabelli, while coming to this session for the first time, the head of SPAK Altin Dumani.

The trial is also attended by Haxhiu's father.

It is learned that the jury is incomplete, so under these conditions, the court hearing is postponed to October 9 at 12:00.
