Alket Dauti

All Albanians extradited from the UK or deported as illegal immigrants, if they re-enter the island state illegally, will face sentences of up to 4 years in prison.

In this situation is Alket Dauti, who, after being extradited to Belgium where he served a sentence for human trafficking in trucks to England, has entered again illegally.

The Mail on Sunday newspaper writes that the British Border and Immigration Agency on Friday arrested Alket Dauti and brought him before a court on the charge of "Entering the UK without permission to remain".

Alket Dauti will remain in custody until April 11, the date on which he will appear before Woolich Crown Court, where he must plead guilty or not guilty to the charges, risking up to 4 years in prison.

In 2019, Dauti was extradited from England to Belgium after being convicted in absentia for trafficking Albanians in trucks who paid 13,000 pounds per person.

Two weeks ago, Mail on Sunday journalists published an article stating that Alket Dauti, at the end of his sentence, had entered England illegally.

This was revealed when he posted a video on TikTok of himself driving through the streets of London, including several photos that confirmed his return to the UK.

It was precisely these TikTok posts by Alket Dauti that got him into trouble, initially exposing him in this British newspaper.

The writing served as a signal for the British Border and Immigration Agency to track down and subsequently arrest the former human trafficking boss who was caught in a single TikTok video./top channel
