Charge d'affaires Nancy VanHorn met again with SPAK Chief Special Prosecutor Altin Dumani and praised SPAK's achievements in successfully prosecuting corruption and organized crime at the highest levels. Ms. VanHorn and Mr. Dumani discussed how SPAK and NBI cannot do this work alone and must rely on institutions such as the police, courts, prosecutions, vetting offices, inspectorates and councils to do their part with independence, dedication and integrity. .
