Alerted the police about a bomb at the school, Yatagani posted a video:

Armand Jatagani is the person arrested for the false bomb alarm at the "Emin Duraku" school in Tirana this morning.

Before his arrest, Jatagani had published a video on his social media account in which he announced that he had notified the police about the bomb and further stated that he was waiting in front of the school to see how quickly the officers would arrive.

"I'm at the school to denounce the fact of terrorism. Let's see how far they will come. I urge every parent to do the same to protect their child. Now let's see how far the terrorism patrols come. There is no traffic, the roads are empty," the 47-year-old said, among other things.
